COVID-19 Policy
All Allure Med Spa LLC staff are required to wear a mask
All clients are required to wear a mask unless instructed to remove it for service
We strongly encourage all vaccinated clients to wear masks
Clients cannot bring any children or guests to their appointments
We would like to extend our thanks in advance for your part in ensuring team and client safety.

General Policy
Please read these Policies and Conditions (“Policies and Conditions”) carefully before using our website operated by Allure Med Spa LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Allure Med Spa LLC is reserved by appointment only. Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation/attendance policy.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice, or forfeiting of one treatment or booking fee will result. Late appointment arrivals of ten minutes or more, may also result in the forfeiting of your treatment and booking fee. If you must cancel your appointment we require you to email us or call our office at 216-200-8931. If we don’t answer please leave your information on our answering service or send us an email to alluremedicalcle@gmail.com.

Please keep in mind that “No-shows” or last-minute cancellations will leave our team with empty appointment times that could have been filled with attending clients.

Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments or arrive 10 or 10+ minutes late may incur a loss of treatment or forfeit booking fee of 50% service charge.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to any or all service/services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to book service.

Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable. No show will be charged 100% of the service fee.
